Paying for lessons has never been easier, you can now pay directly through the email we send with the invoice information
Below are some screenshots and captions to help walk you through the new process
Above is an example of what the email from us will look like. Notice the blue "View and pay" button below the balance due. Once pressed, it will take you to a page that looks like the one below -
You can use the "Edit amount" button to make a partial payment and charge two separate cards, if needed
You now have the option to use PayPal or Venmo to quickly and easily pay for lessons if you already use either service
There is also an option to schedule your payment for a later date for if you aren't able to pay immediately but don't want to forget about it later
Otherwise, you can choose to enter your card information or bank account information here and use the green pay button to complete the transaction
You also have the option to view the invoice directly using the button above, we have made some changes to how those look and function as described below
From this page, you have the option to download a PDF copy to your device or print the invoice
We also added a spot where you can see how many personal days you have left. It will be documented here when you use one
We added dates of service and turned each week into a line item, we will now be keeping track of student attendance through their invoices by updating the description field for each week
