Student Orchestra

Sign up now to participate in our first ever BVM Student Orchestra, a large group student based ensemble available at no extra charge to students enrolled for either monthly or quarterly private lessons at BVM, or $120 for non-lesson members. This group will meet from 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM starting Saturday, March 15th 2025 and rehearse weekly until our annual recital on May 3rd 2025, for their debut performance.

We are looking to fill chairs for the following instruments:

• Clarinet (6)

• Flute (4)

• Saxophone (3-4)

• Trumpets (3)

• Trombone (1)

• French Horn (2)

• Violin (3)

• Percussion (2)

We can help you with affordable, quality instrument rental for all instruments listed through our partners at K&S Music.

We will be running this program much like a public school band, however will be allowing much more student input when choosing songs, and through individual lessons, much more individualized attention towards skill development directly inline with their application within the ensemble. Our staff will also be able to provide specific attention to sections (i.e. clarinets, trumpets, etc) as needed in small group instruction (sectionals).
